Privacy Policy — Air Industries LLC
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Air Industries LLC ("Air Industries," "we," "us") provides fractional CFO and bookkeeping services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. It is written in plain English on purpose.
1. Who this covers
- Clients — businesses that hire us, and the people who own or work at them.
- Website visitors — anyone who visits rubioadrian.com or fills out a form there.
2. What we collect
From clients, to do the work:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, business address.
- Accounting records — access to your accounting software (for example, QuickBooks Online) and the transactions, invoices, bills, and reports inside it.
- Bank and card data — account balances, transactions, and statements, when you connect an account through Plaid (see section 4).
- Documents you send us — receipts, contracts, payroll reports, tax filings.
From website visitors:
- Anything you type into a form (name, email, phone, business details).
- Standard analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate location — collected by Meta Pixel and similar tools. See section 7 for how to opt out.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, passwords to your bank, or your bank login credentials. When you connect a bank through Plaid, you log in on Plaid's screen, not ours, and we never see your username or password.
3. Why we use it
- To keep your books accurate and produce financial reports.
- To build cash forecasts, job-cost reports, and the other deliverables in your agreement.
- To communicate with you about the work.
- To send information you asked for from our website.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your financial data to make lending decisions, and we do not move money. Access is read-only.
4. Bank connections through Plaid
We use Plaid Inc. to connect to your bank and card accounts. When you connect an account, Plaid collects your balances, transactions, and statements and shares them with us. Plaid's own handling of your data is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
You can see every connection and disconnect it at any time at my.plaid.com. Disconnecting stops new data from flowing to us; section 6 explains what happens to data we already hold.
5. Who else sees your data
We use a small number of service providers to store and process information. Each one is bound to protect it and may only use it to provide their service to us:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Plaid | Bank and card account connections |
| Intuit (QuickBooks Online) | Accounting software where your books live |
| Supabase | Encrypted database where we store financial data and reports |
| n8n | Automation platform that moves data between the systems above on a schedule |
| AI model providers (such as Anthropic) | Used to read documents and draft reports. AI never makes a financial decision or posts an entry on its own — a person reviews everything a client acts on |
| Google Workspace | Email and file storage |
We share your data with no one else, except: your own CPA or lender when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it, and how to delete it
- While you are a client: we keep the data needed to do the work.
- When you disconnect a bank account: we stop receiving new data immediately. The bank data already stored is deleted within 30 days of your written request.
- When the engagement ends: working files are kept for 7 years in line with standard accounting record-keeping practice, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Bank connections are disconnected at the end of the engagement.
- Website form submissions: kept until you ask us to remove them.
To request deletion or a copy of your data, email adrian@rubioadrian.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Website tracking and your choices
rubioadrian.com uses Meta Pixel and standard analytics to measure which pages and ads work. You can block this with your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or Meta's ad preferences. Blocking it does not affect anything else on the site.
8. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointment, or your engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in status with third parties for their marketing.
9. How we protect it
- All connections use TLS 1.2 or better.
- All stored financial data is encrypted at rest.
- Access to our systems requires multi-factor authentication.
- Credentials are held in encrypted stores, never in files or email.
Our full Information Security Policy is available on request.
10. Children
Our services and website are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for clients, email you.
